NicknameKia
From: Napoli, Italy
Loves to watch movies and get hooked on tv shows. travel by myself and party with friends. chat with a good mate over a glass of wine until you start talking nonsense. eat. eat good food. try to speak new languages. walk. walk. walk (I don’t run, I’m lazy!) from home to Tian yi, from Tian yi to Moon Lake and then Gulou and eventually back home. be in China.

The best thing about Ningbo is: the people on the street talking to any stranger who passes by, the crazy (taxi)drivers, the man at Shaxian’s preparing dumplings while smoking cigarettes and all the little things reminding me of Napoli. the young chinese people I would love to be able to speak to and the way everyone smiles back at you if you do. the chance to choose between China and… Laowaitan. The WoBuZhiDaos, of course!

Favorite place(s) in Ningbo:  have to find out yet. for now I would say Mr T’s Cafe and the Food Market (btw, I really liked LBB!)

The best thing about Ningbo is its diversity.  All in one city, you can go somewhere where you know everyone, or choose to go somewhere where you know no one.  It has the best of the chinese lifestyle and the western lifestyle.  There’s always something going on.  It’s not too big or too small, and you’re never more than 10 minutes away from a Starbucks.
